Disclaimers

  • The current sale is for Pre-ordering the items. This means production of our goods will not begin until after the sale, and we know how much we need to produce. Because of this, please be aware that shipments will not occur until Spring 2024.

  • All purchases are for personal use and enjoyment only. Buyers may not purchase and/or download any of our items for commercial use or redistribute them in any way.

  • VAT and Custom Fees may incur.
    We are not responsible for any customs, import, or VAT fees imposed on the package.

  • We are not responsible if your package gets damaged during shipping, transit, and handling. Our Shipping Mod will do the best in their ability to package all items securely. In addition, they will keep an eye on the progress of every shipment through their tracking information, and notify the buyer if they notice anything off.

  • We are not liable for stolen packages during shipping, transit, and handling. 

  • Buyers are responsible for letting us know if there is a change of address. A form will be posted prior to shipping.
    - If a package is returned due to incorrect information, the buyer will have to pay shipping again to have it re-sent.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • During Pre-Orders: Contact us on any of our socials, and provide your name, order number, and date of purchase. Once located, we'll process your refund.
             - The deadline for refunds is 1 week before pre-orders close.

  • Orders may not be cancelled once we close pre-orders

Replacements & Refunds

Returns: There are no returns for items.

Refunds & Replacements: These will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we must be contacted within a week's time of the package's delivery.

Depending on the situation and the leftover stock available, you may have the option of:
1) Replace damaged items, and you pay the shipping cost to have it sent
2) Be given a partial refund

Please include your name, order number, details of the issue, as well as pictures or videos (proof) of the damages when contacting us. We will then work with you to find a resolution.
