I. The Shop

  • Can I order specific merch items?
    As of right now, no. You will have to wait until leftovers. Please be aware that this will be limited stock, if any, and may be B-grades.

I. Shipping

  • Where are orders shipping from?
    Orders will ship from the US.

  • Will you ship internationally (non-US)?
    Yes, we will ship internationally, with the exception of Russia, Ukraine, and other listed countries [ here ] due to either COVID restrictions or other global events.

  • Will we receive tracking information?
    Yes, however, please note that some countries will only include partial tracking.

  • When do you expect to ship out orders?
    We expect to ship orders in the Spring or Summer of 2024, and will post about any delays on our socials.

  • Will you accept group orders?
    Yes, we are open to group orders. Please contact us through our socials if you are interested in getting one together.

  • My address has changed since I made my order. How can I update it?
    1) Please contact us through any of our socials or email (all listed in the "About" page) with your name, order number, old address and the new one.

    2) Prior to sending out orders, we will post on our socials a "Change of Address" form
     
  • Buyers are responsible for letting us know if there is a change of address. A form will be posted prior to shipping.
    - If a package is returned due to incorrect information, the buyer will have to pay shipping again to have it re-sent.

III. Cancellation / Refunds / Returns

  • Can I cancel my order?
    During Pre-Orders: Yes, up until 1 week of pre-orders close. Contact us and provide your name, order number, and date of purchase. Once located, we'll process your refund.

    After Pre-Orders: No

  • Can I return my bundle?
    No, as all sales are final.

  • I received my package, and there are damages to it. Can I get a replacement or refund?
    These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

    Depending on the situation, and depending on the leftover stock available, you may have the option of:
    1) Replace damaged items, and you pay the shipping cost to have it sent
    2) Be given a partial refund
